We currently raise several varieties of Coturnix (aka Japanese, aka Pharaoh) quail.  Coturnix quail come in a variety of different colors and sizes.  We have standard sized coturnix quail in brown/wild, silver, English white, Tibetan, Pearl, Egyptian, and confetti.  We also have jumbo brown coturnix quail.

Coturnix quail make excellent additions to any small farm or homestead.  They make excellent pets as well.

Coturnix quail are excellent for meat and egg production.  Coturnix quail can reach maturity in as little as 6 weeks, and reach harvest weight in as little as 6-8 weeks.   A standard sized bird will weigh 10-12 oz at maturity.  A jumbo bird should weigh between  14-16 oz.  Most varieties of coturnix hens will lay from 270-300 eggs per year.

We sell unsexed chicks, adult roosters, adult laying hens, and breeder sets.  We sell meat birds, eating eggs, and hatching eggs.

Coturnix quail and their eggs also make excellent feeders for many pets and sporting animals.
