Among our many endeavors at Liberty Hill Ranch is our beekeeping operation we operate as Liberty Hill Honey Company, LLC.  We produce local wildflower honey, as well as several different varieties of monofloral honey.  We also occasionally lease honeybee colonies out for pollination services.

          One of our proudest achievements was obtaining our honey processing facility license from the Georgia Department of Agriculture.  We are the only licensed honey processing facility in Lamar County.  Our honey house is licensed and regularly inspected by the Georgia Department of Agriculture, so you can be assured every bottle of honey bearing Liberty Hill Honey Company, LLC, label has been handled with care, and the honey inside is as pure, wholesome, and delicious as the honeybees and Mother Nature intended.
